We invite you to come and stay in our 100 square gothic revival Manoloor House. This grand house was the result of a life long desire to design and build a magnificent house on a farm. After many years of operating Motor Inns in NSW and Tasmania, we found the perfect location and climate at Richmond for growing stone fruit and for a guest house, to date we have 20,000 apricot trees planted.

The construction started in 1993, the design and much of the building was done by Colin. Jeanette was in charge of the interior design and had to do a lot of research on how to make the old style cornice and plaster. The extensive interior plaster work was hand made by Jeanette.

We have many different styles of accommodation, catering for tourists, locals, honeymooners and families.

Executive Apartment (Room1) Downstairs

The executive apartment is a two-storey guest suite, which is ideal for larger families or two couples travelling together as it is almost two suites in one.

The ground floor has a queen size bed, a double fold out lounge and a kitchenette with cooking facilities including; cook top, microwave, and a refrigerator. It also has a television, video gas log fire, and a dining table. The bathroom has a large spa bath with a shower over

Executive Apartment (Room 1) Upstairs

The upstairs section has two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a double foldout lounge, and a single bed the second bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a king size bed. The Apartment has a second TV and Video. Both levels of the executive apartment feature windows that offer views across to our Apricot Orchard and St Johns Historic Church . (Maximum 9 guests)

Executive Suite 2

This executive suite features handmade cornice and ceiling roses, it has a four poster king size bed and a double fold out lounge.

For your comfort it also has; dining table and chairs, television and video, a gas log fire and a well appointed small kitchen including a cook top, microwave and refrigerator.

The bathroom has a large spa bath with a shower over. (Maximum 4 guests)

Executive Suite 3

Tower Suite

Ideal for romantic getaways you privacy is assured. As the name suggests the Tower suite is located at the highest part of our home.

Enter through the foyer and up the stairs to the first floor of this two-level suite. The first level features a sun drenched breakfast area and a chaise lounge. Also on this level is the en-suite featuring a corner spa.

On the upper level of this suite is the bedroom featuring a King sized bed, decorated in Wedgwood blue and white with handmade cornice, ceiling roses and wall features.

From the windows there are views across our property to St Johns Church and Richmond. (Maximum 2 people)

The Cottage

Our cottage is separate from the main house and is fully self-contained. It has a full kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There is an antique dining suite, heating, double foldout lounge, television and video.

There are two bedrooms; the main bedroom has a queen size cast iron bed and a full length built in robe, the second bedroom has a set of single bunks and a separate single bed this room also has a built in robe. (sleeps 3).

The bathroom has a small spa bath with shower over, and a separate toilet. We have also provided the convenience of laundry facilities including a washing machine.
(Maximum 7 people when using the double fold out lounge)

St Johns Apartment

Up one flight of stairs you enter a large room with a queen size bed, a lounge, kitchenette, television and video.

There is a large bay window which offers views across our property to St Johns church and Richmond.

The second bedroom features an attic window and contains two single beds. The en-suite bathroom contains a large spa with shower over.

Woodburn Apartment

Upon entering the main foyer to the house you proceed up the main stairs past the large chandelier you enter the Woodburn apartment at the first level. Entry takes you onto a hall way that leads to the main bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, loungeroom and bathroom.

The lounge room contains TV, video, refrigerator, personal bar,tea making facilities, 2 lounges with one folding out into a double bed, There are extensive views overlooking the farm and orchards to Richmond village and St Johns church.

Entering the main bedroom you will find a Queen size bed, a chaise lounge,

The large bathroom has a large spa bath, separate shower, a vanity unit and toilet

Woodburn's second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, The third bedroom has 3 single beds

Killymoon Suite

Killymoon suite features a queen size bed , lounge that can fold out , kitchenette, TV Video , etc.

The entry to the suite and bathroom is level and easy access that would suit wheel chairs or guests who have difficulty with steps.

Shepherd's's Attic

This suite has five steps leading to its private entrance.

It contains a double bed, refrigerator, and tea making facilities, television and video.

The attic also features an en-suite bathroom with shower and vanity. (Maximum 2 people).

Moorepark Suite (Room 4)

Moorepark Suite features a 4 poster queen size bed, antiqufurniturere, air conditioning heatpump, small kitchenette and large spa bath.

Palstyn Suite (Room 5)

Perfect for largefamilieses or people traveling together.

The suite features a lovely bathroom with large spa, kitchenette, tea & coffee facilities and all crockey, Large TV, DVD, set top box, and air conditioning.

Palstyn Suite has 2 bed rooms, one with Queen sized bed and the other has 2 small beds and one queen size bed.

In lounge room there is a large single bed that converts to a lounge.
