Executive Apartment (Room1) Downstairs

The Executive Apartment is a two-storey guest suite ideal for larger families or two couples. Almost two suites in one.

Ground floor has a Queen Size bed, a Double Fold-Out Lounge and a Kitchenette including; cook top, microwave, and a refrigerator. Also TV, DVD, Gas Log Fire and dining table. The bathroom has a large Spa Bath with a shower

Executive Apartment (Room 1) Upstairs

Upstairs section has two bedrooms and an en-suite bathroom. The first bedroom has a double foldout lounge and single bed. Second Bedroom has two single beds that can be made into a King Size bed.

The Apartment has a second TV & DVD. Both levels feature views across to our Apricot Orchard and St Johns Historic Church. (Max. Sleeps 9)

Executive Suite 2

This Executive Suite features handmade cornice and ceiling roses, a Four Poster King Size Bed and a double fold out lounge.

For your comfort it also has; dining table and chairs, TV & DVD, Gas Log Fire and a well appointed Small Kitchen including a cook top, microwave and refrigerator.

The bathroom has a Large Spa Bath with a shower over.

Executive Suite 3

Tower Suite

The Tower suite is located at the highest part of our home and is ideal for Romantic Getaways. Your privacy is assured. Enter through the foyer and up the stairs to the first floor of this two-level suite.

The first level features a sun drenched breakfast area and a chaise lounge. Also on this level is the En-Suite featuring a Corner Spa.

On the upper level is the bedroom featuring a King Size Bed, decorated in Wedgwood blue and white with handmade cornice, ceiling roses and wall features.

Features views across the property to historic St Johns Church and picturesque Richmond.

The Cottage

Our private fully Self-Contained Cottage is separate from the main house. A full kitchen with stove and refrigerator. An antique dining suite, heating, double foldout lounge, TV & DVD.

The cottage has two bedrooms. Main bedroom has a Queen Size cast iron bed and a full built in robe. Second bedroom has 2 single beds and built in robe. (Sleeps 2).

The cottage bathroom has a small Spa Bath with shower over, and a separate toilet. Also laundry facilities with washing machine.
(Max. Sleeps 6)

St Johns Apartment

Up one flight of stairs you enter a large room with Queen Size Bed, Lounge, Kitchenette, and TV & DVD.

The second small bedroom features an attic window and contains two single beds. The En-Suite bathroom contains a Large Spa with shower.

There is a large bay window with views across our property to historic St Johns church and picturesque Richmond.

Woodburn Apartment

Upon entering the main foyer to the house you proceed up the main stairs past the large chandelier and enter the Woodburn apartment which sleeps 8 guests. (or 10 Guests with a double fold-out lounge)

Entry takes you onto a hall way that leads to the main bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, lounge room and bathroom.

The lounge room contains TV & DVD, kitchenette, refrigerator, personal bar, tea & coffee making facilities, 2 lounges with one folding out into a double bed.

In the main bedroom you will find a Queen Size Bed and fine chaise lounge.

The large bathroom has a Large Spa Bath, separate shower, a vanity unit and toilet.

Woodburn's second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The third bedroom has 3 single beds.

There are extensive views overlooking the farm and orchards to beautiful Richmond village and the historic St Johns Church.

Killymoon Suite

Our Killymoon suite features a Queen Size Bed, lounge that can fold out. Also a Kitchenette, TV & DVD and more.

The entry to the suite and bathroom is level and easy access that would suit wheel chairs or guests who have difficulty with steps.

Shepherd''s Attic

This fine suite has five steps leading to its private entrance.
